Polishmarriage.org are breaking the intellectual property rights

Polishmarriage.org and my stolen picture

Polishmarriage.org, a weird pseudo-informative service build by two Polish people from Chicago are stealing my intellectual property. They are using a photograph taken by me, in 1999 (or 2000) in Poland, during an outdoor photoshoot with Basia Krynska, one of my long-time Polish models. They have never asked me for a permission to use this picture. Typical.

I have e-mailed them twice, asking them for taking the photo off the net. No response at all. That’s how they deal with such a stuff.

Simple thievery. No questions asked, they just found a nice photo of girl in the Internet so they have used it. There are other pictures on this website, I am sure that the authors were not contacted at all.

Gosia and Robert - shame on you. I will make sure that Google will reflect your way of dealing with this matter very well. Believe me. I hope you will enjoy it.

Oh, by the way - here’s the original url.

And no, this is not because of April Fool’s Day. Unfortunately.

Just give me a few weeks and then laugh when someone types into Google: “copyright infringement assholes” and their website pops up :)

Seriously, you should contact a few other authority websites and make them start writing about it and linking to this website
